Derb 37 is a personal journal published from Marrakech, Morocco. This page explains what data is collected when you visit the site and how it is handled.
What is collected
Analytics. Aggregate, anonymous traffic data via Google Analytics — pages viewed, country, device class. No personally identifying data is attached to analytics events.
Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) are retained for a short period for security and debugging only.
What is not collected
- No email addresses are collected. The site does not run a mailing list.
- No cookies are set for tracking or advertising.
- No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
- No third-party advertising networks are embedded on the site.
Where data is stored
- Site content is hosted on Vercel and stored in Supabase (EU region).
- Analytics is handled by Google.

You may request a copy of any data held about you, or its deletion, by writing to hello@derb37.com.
Jurisdiction
The site is operated from Morocco. Where applicable, data handling follows GDPR principles regardless of the visitor's location.
